Sometimes you need advice. Sometimes you just need a cuppa and another adult. The Nurture Table is the heartbeat of No Perfect Parent Company, our relaxed drop-in space that runs every week during term time.
Tuesdays, term time, 7.45pm to 8.30pm. Free with all workshops, or £5pp if you’re dropping in.
No course to complete. No lesson. No pressure to stay.
Come for 15 minutes or the whole session. Bring your bump, your baby, yourself. Come as a partner, carer, grandparent or friend. Bring questions, bring food, or bring absolutely nothing at all and just come for the chat.
What makes it different? You don’t have to choose between a social group and professional support, because The Nurture Table covers both. Emma, Louisa & Jodie are there, so just turn up for experienced support or helpful signposting.
Come every week, come occasionally, come because you need support, come because you want company, come because getting out of the house feels like enough of an achievement today.
You don’t need to have attended one of our workshops. You don’t need to know anyone, and you definitely don’t need to have anything figured out!
Flexible support when you need it. Familiar faces when you want them. A community that’s there when you’re ready.

Why It Matters
⭐
No Course Required
Find us here first and decide about workshops later. This is your chance to meet the NPPC team, gently get to know us and get any questions answered (even the ones you’re too shy to ask).
⭐
Pregnancy Meets Parenthood
Someone approaching birth can talk to a parent who sat in the same chair a few months earlier. That is hard to manufacture.
⭐
Build Your Tribe Early
Connections do not have to start when the baby arrives. Ours start well before, and they carry on afterwards.
Common Questions
Do I have to pay?
The Nurture Table is designed to stay open to families whether or not they have booked anything with us. It’s included in the cost of a workshop, or £5pp if you drop in. Bring some food if you want, or just come as you are.
What if I do not know anyone?
Honestly? That’s how most people start. Emma, Louisa and Jodie are there to welcome you, help you settle in and make introductions if you want. Come on your own, nervous, not knowing a soul. That’s kind of how communities begin. Emma loves Billie Eilish and all things music, Jodie’s an awesome baker and Louisa likes to walk with her dog.
Can partners, dads & support crew come?
Yes, absolutely. Partners, dads, best friends and grandparents matter! This is your community too, and the people doing family life alongside you are very much part of NPPC. Come together, or even without the baby. You don’t need to be the person who gave birth to need support, conversation or people who get it.
Officially Imperfect.
Prep without pressure. People before perfection. A community from pregnancy onwards.
