This isn’t about sitting through hours of slides telling you what happens in labour. It’s about knowing what to do when it’s actually happening. Led by experienced Midwives Emma and Louisa, our antenatal education brings together evidence, real clinical experience and practical preparation for birth, baby and those first days.
We’ll help you understand your options, your choices, what questions to ask, how your partner and support team can help, and how to navigate things if pregnancy and birth don’t follow the plan.
No perfect birth promises. No judgement. No information overload.
Just really good preparation, taught by people who know birth and know that every family will do it differently.
We want you to leave thinking: I understand my options. I know what to ask. I know what I can do. And I feel ready.

⭐
Start When You’re Ready!
Six rotating workshops mean no waiting around for the next course to begin. Join at the point that works for you and build your preparation around your pregnancy, not our timetable.
⭐
Do It Your Way!
One workshop, a bundle, the full course or membership. You choose! No big package to commit to upfront, and no paying for sessions you don’t want. Your pregnancy. Your prep. Your way!
⭐
We Don’t Disappear at Birth
Your course might finish. Your support doesn’t. Move from the antenatal workshops into the Nurture Table and our postnatal workshops, with the same place, familiar faces and a community already around you.
What Are The Antenatal Workshops?
⭐
The Big Guide
The “what do we actually need to know?” session. Pregnancy, preparation and the stuff worth knowing before birth gets real.
⭐
Birth
Less fear, more “I know what I can do”. Understand labour, your body, your options and the practical tools that can genuinely help.
⭐
Birth Extras
Because birth doesn’t always read the birth plan. Induction, assisted birth, caesarean and the unexpected, ALL explained without the fear factor.
⭐
New Baby Feeding: Know Your Options
Breast, bottle, a combination or something else. Let’s make feeding make sense. Practical preparation, realistic expectations and support for however feeding might look for your family.
⭐
The First Few Days
Baby’s here. Now what? The practical, reassuring guide to those slightly blurry first days: baby care, your recovery and finding your rhythm.
⭐
Partners & Support Crew
More useful than “just be supportive”. What your partners and support crew can actually do during pregnancy, birth and those first days, to be on board, confident and properly involved.
Common Questions
When should I start?
Whenever it feels useful to you. Join us before pregnancy, in the early weeks, or in the second or third trimester. There’s no magic week when you suddenly need to know everything. Our workshops rotate, so you can jump in when you need it!
Do I need to do all six workshops?
Booking all six means you’re covered for everything you might need to know! But you can also pick a few, or come to the single one you really want to understand better. The point is, YOU choose what YOU need, and WE’LL make sure EVERY session is worth coming to.
Can I bring my partner or support crew?
Absolutely, and they’re not just there to carry your bag. Bring your partner, co-parent, birth partner or the person who’ll be alongside you through it all. It’s their place to get informed, know how to be useful and feel properly part of the team too. And afterwards, The Nurture Table gives everyone a chance to meet, chat and start finding their people.
Officially Imperfect.
Prep without pressure. People before perfection. A community from pregnancy onwards.
